Jack has had an enriched psychological career spanning many countries including Spain, Thailand, Korea, Hong Kong, and Canada. He has worked with the U.S. military, NYPD, Republic of Korea, and elite athletes. Jack is a former professor of psychology where he concentrated his academic focus on functional behavior analysis and the perception of fear. He currently splits his time between private practice and the industrial sector. Currently, he engages in speaking engagements, corporate leadership development, and psychological safety programming. Further, Jack has an MBA where he focused on the future of AI in health tech, and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology specializing in functional behavior analysis.

Sylvia Rayner, Registered Clinical hypnotherapist

Sylvia is an educator, coach and clinical hypnotherapist with 13+ years’ experience in mental performance training for professional/Olympic athletes, artistic performers, and entrepreneurs. She has particular expertise coaching high risk/adventure sports and endurance athletes. Using hypnotherapy and mental training techniques (alone or in combination), Sylvia’s work has enabled high performers to consistently and quickly overcome troublesome issues, removing mental barriers to excellence. Common work areas include creating optimal focus & concentration, tuning pre-competition nerves, pain management and recovery from injury/accident, overcoming trauma, developing superior confidence/self-efficacy, and performing beyond comfort zones.
